Dr. Stefanie DePaul,
PT, DPT, FDN, CSCS, RYT
Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Yoga Instructor, Pelvic Floor Certified, Dry Needling Certified

Stefanie brings an intimate knowledge of health & fitness to her treatment style, with her 15 years of Personal Training experience. Stefanie has grown to love running after completing 15 Marathons including Boston (2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017), Chicago (2013), Maine (2014), Philly (2014), NYC (2015), London (2016), Bay State (2016) & Berlin (2017), Maine (2018), Quebec (2018), & Tokyo (2019).

Stefanie's passion for healthy living and first-hand knowledge allows her to specialize in rehabilitation of injuries. Stefanie also specializes in working with the elderly population. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients, but her clinical interests include evidence-based treatment approaches, hands-on manual therapy, emphasis on posture, and ergonomics. Stefanie ensures to develop an individualized exercise program that incorporates each patient’s individualized needs and personal goals.

In 2014, she decided to create a High-End, Concierge company called Boston Health & Wellness, that would collaborate her skills & bring convenience to her clients in their own home. She provides in-home Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Yoga, Massage, & Run Coaching. All in-home visits are an Out-of-Pocket cost.

In 2020, she decided that she wanted to expand her business model since not everyone can afford Out-of-Pocket care. She knew she needed a Physical Location that DID ACCEPT ALL HEALTH INSURANCES. Even during a pandemic, she knew her timing was correct and she had to take the leap of faith and open an office. Stefanie opened Boston Health & Wellness in Stoneham, MA on November 1, 2020 which provides Physical Therapy, Telehealth PT, Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Massage, Dry Needling, Cupping, Run Coaching, Adult Fitness, and Injury Prevention.

Stefanie also excels in educating her patients since she has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant in Gross Anatomy at Northeastern University and Introduction to Exercise Science at U-Mass Amherst. Growing up, Stefanie was involved in competitive gymnastics and all-star cheer leading. Currently, in her spare time she enjoys running, yoga, cooking, spending time with her puppy/family/friends, and living a happy & healthy lifestyle.
