Dr. Stefanie DePaul, PT, DPT, FDN, CSCS, RYT
Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Pelvic Floor Certified, Dry Needling Certified

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Pelvic Floor PT, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, & a Registered Yoga Teacher; Stefanie combines her many disciplines to prescribe extremely unique programs to her patients. Stefanie is a 6-star Finisher, completing all 6 World Marathon Majors. Her running resume includes 15 Marathons: Boston (2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017), Chicago (2013), Maine (2014), Philly (2014), NYC (2015), London (2016), Baystate (2016) & Berlin (2017), Maine (2018), Quebec (2018), & Tokyo (2019). 

 

In 2014, she decided to create a High-End, Concierge company called Boston Health & Wellness, that would collaborate her skills & bring convenience to her clients in their own home. She provides in-home Physical Therapy, Personal Training, Yoga, Massage, & Run Coaching. All in-home visits are an Out-of-Pocket cost. 

 

In 2020, she decided to expand her business model by opening a physical location that accepted health insurance. Even during a pandemic, she knew her timing was correct and she had to take the leap of faith and open an office. Stefanie opened Boston Health & Wellness in Stoneham, MA on November 1, 2020 which provides Physical Therapy, Pelvic Floor PT, Telehealth PT,  Personal Training, Yoga, Pilates, Massage, Dry Needling, Cupping, and Run Coaching.

 

Stefanie also excels in educating her patients since she has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant in Gross Anatomy at Northeastern University and Introduction to Exercise Science at UMass Amherst. Growing up, Stefanie was involved in competitive gymnastics and all-star cheerleading. Currently, in her spare time she enjoys being a Mom, running, yoga, cooking, spending time with her puppies/family/friends, and living a happy & healthy lifestyle. 

Dr. Colleen Brauch, PT, DPT, FDN
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Pelvic Floor Certified, Dry Needling Certified

Colleen Brauch PT, DPT graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2004 with a BS in Exercise Physiology, and in 2007 with her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.  Colleen specializes in treating orthopedic conditions, pelvic floor, athletes with sports-related injuries, and post-operative recovery. 

 

She has a love for hands-on therapy and has taken extensive post graduate courses to further her skills in manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and IASTM. Colleen is certified in dry-needling and is pelvic floor certified. She is passionate about Physical Therapy and helping patients get back to whatever it is they love doing. In her free time, she loves  spending time with her 3 children, cooking, running, yoga and skiing.

Rosalind Mimbela, PTA/s, AAS, CNA
Physical Therapy Aide

Hello my name is Rosalind, I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant graduate from Olympic College. I am taking my PTA Licensing Board exam in April 2023. I was born in Peru and I’ve been living in the United States for 6 years. I enjoy hiking on the weekends while listening to audiobooks. I also enjoy digital illustration and Zumba classes. I am a very friendly person and I will be happy to assist in any way possible. 

Erica Stevenson, BS
Patient Coordinator/Office Manager

Before working at Boston Health & Wellness, Erica worked as an Administrative Assistant & Operational Manager at design shoe industry.  

 

Erica has immense experience as a Customer Account Manager.  Erica had volunteered at her children’s schools throughout many years. Based on previous experience, Erica holds strong skills in customer care service. 

 

In the meantime Erica enjoys traveling. Exploring a beach vacation is her most favorite.

 

Erica is the first person you see when you walk through the door at the office. She is always warm and welcoming with a smiling face!

Dr. Jacqui Lyman, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Pelvic Floor Certified

Jacqui Lyman PT, DPT graduated from Penn State University in 2014 with a BS in Kinesiology, and with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2017. Over the past 5 years, she has worked in a  variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, and home care. 

 

As a physical therapist, she has treated people with complex medical conditions and values treating each individual patient with a holistic approach. Jacqui decided to become Pelvic Floor certified when she realized how much knowledge and education of pelvic floor symptoms go untreated and not discussed in both younger and older adults. Jacqui has a strong interest in empowering her patients to manage their pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and use movement as medicine.

 

When outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, biking, and trying new group fitness classes.

Jackie Kutcher, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant

Jackie Kutcher is a PTA who graduated from Southern Connecticut state university in 2020 with a BS in Exercise physiology, and in 2022 from North Shore Community College with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Jackie became passionate about PT after rehabbing multiple injuries throughout her gymnastics career, since then she has wanted to help others get back to doing what they love just like her former therapists did for her. 

 

She also has her personal Training certification and has a strong fitness background. Jackie was a nationally ranked collegiate gymnast and team captain. 

During her free time she enjoys going to the beach, working out and golfing!

Ali Greene 
Pilates Instructor

Ali is an Integrative Health Practitioner, functional health coach, and movement professional.

 

She works with clients virtually, in group settings as well as in home private sessions.

Whether it’s a program, protocol or Pilates session, Ali’s creates experiences that are bio-individualized and unique to each client. She’s boldly curious about & passionately driven to focusing on each clients’ needs and goals individually. Her mission as a health & movement coach is to inspire, educate and challenge you toward a future of feeling your absolute best, optimizing your health & to do everything with positivity, humility, and a sense of humor. Over the past 15 years, Ali has trained & coached thousands of students in the Boston area and beyond. She’s worked with all types of clients from brides to marathoners to pre/postnatal women. Being a new mom and an 8x marathoner herself, she understands the ins and outs of what the body goes through and believes a dedicated movement practice can build optimal strength and function and bring the body back into balance. Ali lives in Reading with her husband, 2 dogs and her new baby girl Genevieve!

 My name is Shaina Gedeon and I graduated from University of Massachusetts - Lowell with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology in May 2021; GO RIVERHAWKS! Throughout my four years of college, I have been able to challenge myself both academically, professionally, and socially. I have plans to continue this growth by gaining experience and being the best that I can be in treating and elevating people.

Hi I’m Cherise! I’m a PT aide and studying Exercise & Health Sciences currently at UMass Boston. When I’m not studying, I enjoy playing sports, traveling, and shopping. 

 

I speak 3 languages (english, spanish, french) and Im learning Portuguese right now. I get described as an extrovert and consider myself very ambitious :)

Sarah is a graduate of Assumption University with a bachelor's in Health
Science and a concentration in physical therapy. She is looking forward to
learning and gaining more experience in the PT field during her gap year

before continuing her education in a DPT program.

She is pursuing physical therapy due to her passion for helping other
people and interest in anatomy. Other than physical therapy she enjoys
running, having run on the Assumption cross country, track & field team,
she also enjoys cooking, art, playing with her dog, and being outside.

Caitlin is a second year Exercise Science major at Husson University, where she will enroll in the graduate DPT program after graduating early in 2024. She competes in collegiate athletics as a member of the varsity women’s soccer and track and field programs at Husson. 

 

She is excited to gain experience in physical therapy before graduating and beginning her journey to becoming a physical therapist to help other athletes! In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, and playing sports.

Hello my name is Nicholas Amadi. I am a senior at the University of Maine at Fort
Kent. My major is Biology with a concentration in BioMed. I am half Nigerian and
half Jamaican.


My favorite sports are football and basketball. I am a die-hard Celtics and
Patriots fan. I play basketball for my college team. My favorite book is 90 Minutes
in Heaven by Don Piper with Cecil Murphy. I also love to watch nature
documentaries and action packed comedies. Did I mention that I have traveled to
three countries and am planning to travel to more in the future? So if you need an
all-around conversation with laughs and giggles, I am your guy. Nice to meet you.

Hi my name is Giuliana Carpentieri. I am a sophomore at Boston College majoring in Biology and minoring in Medical Humanities. I’ve gone to physical therapy a couple times in the past (with Dr. DePaul!) and have had great experiences, which lead me to want to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. I am very excited to meet everyone and help others.

 

I love country music, skiing, going to spin classes, and I have a miniature labradoodle named Whiskie. I played basketball and ran cross country in high school. My favorite movie is Grease and my favorite book is Every Summer After. 

Diane Caruso, MS. Ed, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

 While working as  a Physical Therapist Assistant at Boston Health & wellness, Diane is also working full-time as the Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education for North Shore Community College’s PTA program. 

 

Diane completed her Bachelors of Science in Sociology at Salem State University. After working for a few years, she completed her Associates in Science/ PTA program at NSCC in 2006 and  became a licensed PTA. During her practice so far, Diane has worked in various clinical settings such as the school system, subacute and home care. Diane recently completed her Master’s in Education at St. Joseph’s College. Her primary responsibilities within the PTA program include teaching and coordinating clinical education and clinical placements or all students in the program.

Cali Edgar, RYT
Yoga Instructor / Personal Trainer

Cali is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and is currently working as a Yoga Teacher & a Personal Trainer here at BHW. She enjoys working 1-on-1 with Yoga Clients to deepen their Yoga practice & achieve their fitness goals through Personal Training. Cali is also working to complete her certification in nutrition coaching. 

 

She was born and raised in Colorado, and worked as an English teacher after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder. She has recently moved back to Boston and is thrilled to rejoin the Boston Health and Wellness team! In her free time, Cali loves to hike, practice yoga, and read. 

Amanda Iacono, RYT
Fitness & Yoga Instructor

Amanda is a high energy corporate wellness professional with a passion for helping people reach their full potential physically, emotionally, nutritionally, and professionally.  She has 20+ years as a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Integrative Nutrition Lifestyle Coach, and a YogaWorks 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher.

Mr. Samuel Adams, ESA, PSD
PT Puppy & Emotional Support Animal

Samuel Adams grew up in downtown Boston. Samuel is a well-trained puppy and is very friendly with all the people and dogs. He has 5 years of experience playing with people and making them feel happy and comfortable. 

 

Samuel believes in physical as well as mental health benefits and was recently featured in the "Clear The Shelters" campaign for BOND VET on NBC10 Boston. Samuel is known as "The PT Puppy!" He is a licensed Emotional Support Animal as well as a licensed Psychiatric Service Dog. 

 

Samuel's main office duties include being our Office Greeter, sitting on patients while they Heat, and supporting all patient on the turf during exercises. He is always excited to welcome our patients and clients in the door by Greeting them with LOVE and a wagging tail!
